CAMPANADOR VILLAGE
The construction of apartments and townhouses will reflect traditional Alentejo style, integrated into a Portuguese village and set around a large communal square where various village activities take place. Only a limited number of villas and estates will be constructed, however there will be well over three hundred townhouses and apartments. Many of these apartments will be available for purchase, and include terms for rental arrangements. Sales, short-term stay packages and other business matters will be handled by the resort’s own professional agent.
ALTOS DE MONTE CAMPANADOR
At a slightly higher elevation than the village, near the site of the golf course, the area is known as Altos de Monte Campanador, where the majority of villas and estates will be constructed. Villas are homes with at least three bedrooms and bathrooms and a floor area of 280 m2. Estates are larger, starting at four bedrooms and bathrooms and a total of 400m² floorplan. All homes offer the utmost in terms of privacy and security.
LA VISTA DE MONTE CAMPANADOR
Overlooking the village and the lake, La Vista de Monte Campanador is the smallest of the three developments. Homes here will include a limited number of townhouses and a larger number of villas and estates.
